The bed was fairly comfortable. The price was right.
It seemed as if it was a family-run business but they were not friendly AT ALL! The younger of the gentlemen at the desk was fairly rude and was more interested in his FB page than customer service. We got lost on the there and he couldn't give us directions. The GPS did a lousy job...it is a small town and the locals were all very nice. The breakfast was a joke. It was plastic wrapped cheap danish and a pot of coffee.

Liked it first time we stayed, was fine, this time not
We had stayed at this motel two weeks before and it was fine. This trip, the manager was not there at 4:30 to check in we waited a half hour for him. We had asked for a lower floor when reserving room as wife has had both hips replaced. The only floor room was next to overpiled garbage, beer cans on entrance, next to many people (young) who must be running drugs as they went out every 15 min in their cars till 4 am. There ? girls strolled up and down the front of our rooms all night. The television did not work, and manager couldnt get it to work. We didnt get any sleep due to next rooms raucous laughing, drinking and going in and out. Will never stay there again. In complaining, (first time in our life) manager said would reimburse us for room on credit card. Didnt happen.

Worst experience ever!! Spend the extra money to go to John Muir Lodge across the street!!! That place is way better.. Dont go to super 8 either they have the same owners
The customer Service was terrible they yelled at me for having my family visiting. There was no ironing board or iron. The toilet got clogged and they would supply me a plunger nor would switch my room. The smoke detector shocked me when i went to check if it worked there was missing light bulbs and the bed was saggy

The king room was comfortable and quiet, with friendly and helpful front desk staff making the check-in process easy. Local jams at breakfast added a nice touch, and the overall cleanliness of the lobby made a positive impression. The room itself had some issues, including a lack of thorough cleaning as evidenced by spider webs in the corners and a bottle of vap fluid left behind. The area felt somewhat unremarkable, primarily serving as a stop for those working at a nearby prison.

It is the cheapest place in town.
This is the most disgusting place I have ever been and certainly the worst hotel. Though the room said no-smoking it smelled terribly. I had to wash all of my clothes when I left because they and even my carry on kept the cigarette smell. This is a known drug hotel (I find out after I stayed there), so there were places in the room that were not cleaned before I got there and, after 4 days, were never cleaned. Spots filled with ash and drug paraphernalia. There were cigarette holes in the comforter and the carpet was sticky in spots. I can't quite describe just how horrible it is there, but, as I was on an extremely tight budget, I needed to stay because it was the least expensive in the town.

Nothing. the clerk was an asshole and the place was disgusting. You couldnt pay me to stay there. The wifi didnt work, the hot tub was out of order, and the continental breakfast was a stale ass danish with some coffee that had been on the pot all night. Gross.
The whole place was nasty. Dirty.

The motel is near fun spots like the California Grand Casino and Benicia Clock Tower. The comfy beds and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple, but we enjoyed making waffles.
Our room had a minor issue with the remote, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

Nothing At All. I feel I was ripped off I Paid for a double rm and when I checked in I was asked how many were with me ? When I said only me , I was told that I only needed 1 bed not 2 ? I asked for a dbl. room not 2 beds, But was given one bed one rm And charged the same .
The room Nasty smelt like b.o . They advertise free breakfast , when I asked about it . I was pointed to the coffee area where there was maybe 4 danishes in a basket however when I first asked he acted as though he had no clue of what I was asking ,

A smart choice for resting in Martinez with good value. The parking lot was a bit messy with garbage but nothing too alarming. Watch out for the breakfast as it's quite basic and not very tasty.

Room was comfortable, and of good size. Location is good. Shower is one of the best we've had in a hotel.
The grounds outside cry out for a broom. Cigaret butts proliferate, and garbage wasn't carefully stored. Some changes (towel rack, shower curtain) have been made in the room and patches weren't painted over. A free breakfast is advertised, but a Danish and coffee hardly qualify for that description. We'd stayed at abvi in Sacramento, and felt it was far better.
